Bacon, Carrots, Potatoes and Leeks

Ingredients
- 2 Rashers Bacon
- 1 Leek
- 1 Carrot
- Sunflower or Vegetable Oil
- 4 or 5 Potatoes
Instructions
- Wash the Carrots, Potatoes and Leeks
- Cut the Carrots and Leeks
- Boil Water
- Add the Boiling Water and Potatoes to the saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes
- Add the Boiling Water and Carrots to another saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 6-8 minutes
- In a frying pan, heat the oil
- Add Bacon to the frying pan, cook for 4-8 minutes
- Add Leeks to the frying pan, cook for 4-5 minutes
- Drain the Potatoes and Carrots
- Transfer the Bacon, Leeks, Carrots and Potatoes to a plate and serve
