  1. Wash the Carrots, Potatoes and Leeks
  2. Cut the Carrots and Leeks
  3. Boil Water
  4. Add the Boiling Water and Potatoes to the saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes
  5. Add the Boiling Water and Carrots to another saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 6-8 minutes
  6. In a frying pan, heat the oil
  7. Add Bacon to the frying pan, cook for 4-8 minutes
  8. Add Leeks to the frying pan, cook for 4-5 minutes
  9. Drain the Potatoes and Carrots
  10. Transfer the Bacon, Leeks, Carrots and Potatoes to a plate and serve
